From March 19-23, 2009, a meeting of the International Committee (IC) and the International Scientific Committee (ISC) of the International Oplympiad in Informatics (IOI) took place in Plovdiv - the venue of the 21-st International Olympiad in Informatics 08-15 Aug, 2009.
